GSA Small Business Administration Suite Renovation
St. Louis, MO

The St. Louis office of the Small Business Administration and their facilities supporting the Service Corps of Retired Executive (SCORE) were unable to negotiate a lease renewal and were required to move to the Robert A. Young Federal Office Building before the end of the fiscal year. Working with SBA personnel in St. Louis and Washington, D.C. and GSA personnel in Kansas City, L2eOculus JV partner, L2e Solutions helped quickly determine a workable program and schematic design that met the SBA’s needs and strict area guidelines for each function.

The SBA’s new offices are located on the 10th floor of the RAY Building. Construction included renovation of the HVAC system and controls serving the space, new ceilings, lighting, partitions, doors, and flooring. Special consideration was given to relocating the movable shelving system and special power and air conditioning requirements for servers. The project was competitively bid and constructed within the estimated amount and in time for the SBA to move in before the end of the year.
