As Prime and Architect of Record, L2e-Oculus JV is providing programming through construction administration services for this multi-phase 3rd floor renovation of an existing Specialty Care Clinic in the Ambulatory Care Wing of the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC. The new Specialty Care Clinic design will combine Cardiology, Nephrology and Vascular clinics to create a new hybrid, shared clinic space. The clinic includes exam rooms, vascular labs, device rooms, EKG, echocardiogram, procedure room, vascular reading room, education room and various other clinical support spaces. Early programming efforts focused on user group needs as well as VA guidelines in order to design an functional and efficient space for the end users.
